Our service department has been especially busy in recent weeks – and for good reason. The team has undergone intensive training and further education to strengthen our service expertise across a range of new products.
As part of this effort, our service technicians have visited Interscience in France, where they received training and certification in the repair and servicing of easySpiral, easySpiral Pro, DiluFlow and DiluFlow Pro for automated plate spreading and gravimetric dilution.
In addition, the service department has just completed a specialised service training programme at Nabertherm in Germany – one of the world’s leading manufacturers of laboratory furnaces and heat treatment ovens, including muffle furnaces, chamber furnaces and high-temperature furnaces for laboratory and industrial applications.
