That is why we at Mikrolab - Frisenette have combined our quality service into three packages; gold, silver or bronze.

Do you need a product calibrated?

Do you need a product calibrated?

How to

  1. Book calibration via our online calibration form using the button below. Remember to complete and attach a decontamination declaration per product type. It can be downloaded on the calibration form page.

  2. Once the form has been completed and you have clicked “Book calibration”,
    you will first receive a copy of your order by e-mail. After we have reviewed the order, we will send the final order confirmation
    as well as a shipping label, if this has been ordered.

  3. You send your products to us so that the calibration can be carried out; shipping instructions will be stated in the order confirmation.

  4. When we receive the calibrated products back from Element, we inspect the shipment and return the products to you together with the corresponding calibration certificate.

Do you need to return a product?

If you have to return a product in connection with service, calibration, complaint, repair or otherwise, you must fill in our return form.
If the product you are returning has been in contact with media that can be harmful if touched, it is crucial that you fill in the return form - so we ensure that our employees are not harmed.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Arrange a return, either by contacting us via email or by calling us.
  2. Download our return form, fill it out online, print it out and sign it.
  3. Place the return slip on the outside of the return package*.
  4. Send the package back to us.

*It is important for the safety of our employees that the return form is placed on the outside of the package.
The package will therefore not be opened if the form is not available without having to open the package.
