Our service team has recently been trained and certified in the repair and servicing of Interscience’ easySpiral, easySpiral Pro, DiluFlow, and DiluFlow Pro for automatic plate spreading and gravimetric dilution.

With the durable BINDER simulation chambers, the highest levels of productivity and availability are part of the package. But even the most premium products need maintenance. That is why we at Mikrolab - Frisenette have combined our quality service into three packages; gold, silver or bronze.
PLEASE NOTE: It is also possible to contact us requesting a singular service appointment. You do not have to purchase a full service package.
3-year maintenance contract.
The price is per. year and without transport. Price depends on model.

Without certificate.
Visual inspection of mechanical and electrical components, check of control response, testing of all key functions, calibration of a test temperature specified by the user in the center of the chamber.
With certificate.
We can also help you with service and repair on a range of other products.
If you have to return a product in connection with service, calibration, complaint, repair or otherwise, you must fill in our return form. If the product you are returning has been in contact with media that can be harmful if touched, it is crucial that you fill in the return form - so we ensure that our employees are not harmed.
*It is important for the safety of our employees that the return form is placed on the outside of the package. The package will therefore not be opened if the form is not available without having to open the package.
