We would like to inform you about a strategic decision that entails changes to our organizational structure and collaboration model. As part of a targeted adjustment, we have decided to outsource the production of standard products and larger project solutions to our trusted partner, NGIN Automation. The goal is to ensure that we can continue to deliver flexible, efficient, and competitive solutions in a market characterized by increasing complexity and demands for shorter delivery times. Our current production setup has proven difficult to scale in line with developments, and we therefore believe that outsourcing is the right strategic path forward.
At the same time, we are establishing a dedicated service department to manage the installation and maintenance of equipment. This department will become a central element in our future business focus and is intended to help create increased value and peace of mind for our customers and partners. If you have any questions about this change – or would like to discuss what it means for our collaboration – you are of course very welcome to contact us.
