The Advantec range of DISMIC syringe filters is versatile in terms of volume to be filtered and which kind of liquids to be filtered. 3 mm filters for volumes < 2 ml 13 mm filters for volumes < 10 ml 25 mm filters for volumes < 50 ml Different membrane types and filter housings available for any kind of filtration. Some types available both non-sterile and sterile, as well as with cellulose acetate membranes or hydrophilic and hydrofobic PFTE-membranes. Cellulose acetate membranes are low protein binding, and suitable for filtration of aqueous solvents and alcohols. PTFE and HY-PTFE membranes are suitable for filtration of almost all solvents - aqueous, acids and bases. HY-PTFE has a low non-specific binding of pesticides. DISMIC syringe fitlers are made in accordance with ISO 9001. Features Minimum sample hold-up: unit housings are specifically designed to maximize sample recovery.
