Our service department has recently visited KERN & SOHN in Germany, where they received training in the service and maintenance of KERN microscopes, laboratory balances, industrial balances, and medical scales.
The visit is an important step in our ongoing efforts to expand and strengthen our service expertise. As many of you may have noticed over the past months, we have made focused investments in training with several of our suppliers – all with the aim of ensuring competent service for our customers across an ever-wider range of products.
