Delivery times depend on the product and availability:

Stock items: Typically delivered within 1–3 business days
Special-order / non-stock items: Delivery time available upon request or quotation

Stock status is always visible in the webshop and may vary. It is typically divided into the following categories:

In stock: Products available from our inventory
In stock soon: Products that have been ordered and are on their way
On request: Products that can be ordered from an external supplier

We always provide current stock status and the expected delivery time upon request or quotation.

Via the webshop: Order directly at www.mikrolab.dk
Via Coupa / Ariba / punch-out: If you use punch-out or submit orders through your procurement system, we automatically receive the order once it has been approved by your organization.

By phone: Call us at +45 86 29 61 11 and let us know what you would like to order. We will then create an order or prepare a quotation for you.

Our terms and conditions are as follows:

Orders totaling DKK 2,500 excl. VAT or more are delivered free of charge within Denmark. For orders/shipments requiring refrigerated, frozen, or dry ice transport, the actual costs will be charged to the Buyer. Orders below DKK 2,500 excl. VAT are subject to an order handling fee, including freight, of DKK 200 excl. VAT. In special cases, such as deliveries of instruments, additional freight charges may apply. Any such charges will be stated in advance. Shipments requiring refrigeration, freezing, import permits, or similar arrangements will additionally be charged at actual cost.

7.6. Export: A handling fee of EUR 20 will be charged for orders below EUR 100 excl. VAT. Freight charges to export destinations will be invoiced according to the applicable rates.

7.7. Express deliveries are available for an additional charge and can only be arranged if the item is in stock.

7.8. A dangerous goods handling fee of DKK 250 excl. VAT will be charged for solvents, chemicals, and standards unless otherwise agreed. The amount will be specified in the order confirmation.

All amounts and any applicable fees will always be clearly stated in the order confirmation.

Yes, in many cases we can provide product samples.
