Sign stands for maximum flexibility and future-proof laboratory automation

Sign processes a wide variety of tubes and vials ranging from 0.5 ml to 50 ml. Different container geometries, manufacturers, and materials can be handled within the same workflow without manual format changes. An adaptive gripper mechanism automatically adjusts to varying tube dimensions, supporting efficient mixed-format processing and reducing setup effort.

The integrated 600 dpi print module enables durable, high-resolution labeling of laboratory containers. The system supports text, numerical data, logos, linear barcodes, and 2D codes such as QR codes. Label templates and job information can be imported from external systems to support automated and standardized labeling processes.

Depending on rack configuration, Sign processes up to 1,152 tubes per run. The system is compatible with SBS rack standards as well as customized rack formats, allowing flexible adaptation to different laboratory requirements.
