Q-Max® with nylon membranes are available in different types. - 13 mm and 25 mm with 0.22 µm and 0.45 µm membranes. - 25 mm with 0.22 µm and 0.45 µm membranes and glass fiber pre-filters. Nylon is a versatile membrane type. Can be used for filtration of aqueous solutions and for most common solvents like methanol and acetonitrile as well. Nylon shows a low level of extractables and therefore well suited for filtration of samples prior to HPLC.
