MN GF-3 is slightly more retentive than MN GF-1. This binder-free glass fiber filter paper is used for the collection of suspended solids in potable water as well as natural and industrial waste water in many parts of the world
Equivalent to GF/C. Glass fibre filters allow a fast filtration and simultaneously a very high particle retention. They are manufactured from boro- silicate glass fibres and are chemically resistant towards most organic and inorganic solvents (except HF). For the analysis of air-borne particles we recommend the quartz fibre filters MN QF-10 which feature an extremely low content of metal traces.
